从人们呱呱落地开始，就是从懵懂中成长起来的。而什么叫成长？是个子越来越高？话说的越来越好？想的越来越多越来越沉默？我想这都不足够代表成长。在漫长的人生过程中，在意他人经历的种种际遇，羡慕别人身上难以取代的优势，旁观他人在错误中迷茫„„但却很少用自己的目光来审视自己。

生命里一项最重要的工程，就是发现自己的价值与潜力，缺点和不足。这些都是我们的宝藏，把这些宝藏开采出来，用以实现自身的提高，就是发现自己的意义所在。我们要成为这样的人，有人向我提问，如果我答不上来我就会告诉他“我不知道”，但我保证清楚该怎样找到答案，而且我一定会找到答案！这才是一个人在工作生活中应该有的态度。

我们燕东的发展也是一样，在不断的探索过程中，回顾，分析，纠正，改革，传承。发掘自己的闪光点，并让其得以充分发挥，反省自身的缺点，并在平日的工作中，不断警示自己，尽管人这一生最难看清的是自己，但是试着努力去反省自己就是一种精进。

（2）正确认识自己，可以促进与他人的交往。正确认识自己，有助于我们认识到自己离不开他人和社会，从而更好地理解、宽容和善待他人，与他人积极互动。

2、如何做到接纳和欣赏自己？或怎样接纳与欣赏自己？P33、34 答：（1）接纳自己，需要接纳自己的全部。既接纳自己的优点，也接纳自己的不完美；既接纳自己的性格，也接纳自己的身材、相貌；既接纳自己的现在，也接纳自己的过去。
