以苦为乐 洋溢文明气息

我叫陈开心是初二(17)班的花木管理员。每隔三四天，我就要为我们班的花花草草们浇一浇水。我觉得，那个时候是这天中最悠闲，舒心的时候，就像能在忙碌的学习之余欣赏一下学校对面广阔的田野、波光粼粼的湖泊一样。所以，我总会怀着享受的心情去浇花，细心地对待这些花花草草们。

我还是学生会纪检部的一分子。在我工作那天早晨，当起床的铃声响起时，我总会准时走出宿舍，到办公室签到。每次工作，我总是紧张又兴奋。我知道数错一个人都可能给他们班级带来影响，所以，我从头到尾数过一遍后，又会从尾到头再数一遍，然后报告给他们班，核对人数。当老师问我们还有没有问题时，我会把我工作的过程在脑海里过一遍，然后把不太知道的地方提出来。

晚自习之后到宿舍，我一般会抓紧时间上床睡觉，绝不多说闲话。

在食堂吃饭时，我总是第一个吃完饭，而且吃得干干净净。

在走路的过程中，我会迈开最大的步伐，争取节省时间用到有用的地方。„„

在学习方面，我也付出了很多努力。我写作业的速度很慢。于是，我就拼命地挤时间，拼命地写作业，拼命地记知识。我喜欢靠自己的力量去解题。每解出一道题我都有一种成就感。每天早上，我都会第一个从被窝里爬起来；排队吃饭的时候，我都要带一点东西下去，边看边排队。本来，我是一个很爱看电视的人，但是，为了完成作业，当其他同学在津津有味地看电影时，我都会克制自己的欲望，埋头苦写。鲁迅先生说过：“时间就像海棉里的水，只要愿意挤，总还会有的。”我相信，只要我肯吃得苦中苦，就一定能成为人上人。

学习不仅要讲究时间的安排，还注重效率的多少。所以，为了提高我的学习效率，我询问了一些同学，又上网查找了一下有关资料。还有，学习的效果如何也要看一个人的态度怎样。我们老师说过“态度决定一切”，我想，认真对待学习，而有些人却不能。至今，我还没找到确切的答案。于是，我有时会观察班里人的学习情况，从中得到启发。“见贤思齐焉，见不贤而内自省也。”我一直以它作为我的学习主旨。

“为什么要爬山？——因为山就在那边。”同样的道理，我的目标是拥有一个有意义的人生，为了我的目标，我给自己写了三个标准：

1、多帮助那些需要帮助的人，尽管也许你会失去一些东西。

2、自己能做的事绝对不要麻烦别人。

3、你有不快乐的权利，也有义务让自己重新快乐。

希望我能精彩地过完我的初中生活,开开心心学习，开开心心在学校做些开心的事。

能力卓越 映照文明光环

我的名字叫黄乔乔，今年14岁。目前在乐成公立寄宿学校一年级八班就任班长一职。

我，热爱学习，学习态度端正，同学们有遇到不懂的问题总爱来问我。我也总是会耐心地为他们讲解题目，直到他们真正懂了为止。

我，热爱集体，始终抱着“今天我以公立为荣，明天公立以我为荣”的坚定信念。在班级里，我是48颗明星中的一颗璀璨、耀眼的星星。但是，在整个公立里，我只是“大海里的一滴水”，再也普通不过。但是，我仍然会积极地工作，认真地学习，无私地奉献„„因为，我热爱这个集体，我离不开它，就像鱼儿永远离不开水似的。

我，尊敬师长，见到老师主动问好，并主动为老师做力所能及的事。我就是老师的小助手，同学们的小老师！老师有什么小事情，总爱叫我去做，我也十分乐意为老师服务，为同学们服务。因为我知道我能当上“文明之星”是同学们给我的机会，是老师给我的机会，我不能辜负他们对我的期望。

我，尊老爱幼，见到老、幼、孕、残等人会主动让座。待人有礼貌，“请”、“谢谢”、“对不起”、“没关系”等礼貌用语常被我挂在嘴边。

我，乐于助人，经常会做一些好人好事，扶老奶奶过马路、捡到钱包，拾金不昧就更不在话下。同学们称我为“小雷锋”，奶奶夸我为“好孩子”老师叫我为“好学生”。我是同学们的模范代表，是同学们学习的榜样。

当然，没有人是十全十美的，我也有一些缺点。其中，最大的莫过于粗心了，我常常因为它而与满分擦肩而过。可是，我有信心将它克服，我相信只要我努力了，我付出了，我就一定能克服，就一定会成功！就像有一句话说的 ：天下无南事，只怕有心人。

我在同学们之间有威信、有魅力，善于处理好人际关系，能为他人着想。我的悟性高，善解人意，我的成绩，组织管理能力，工作协调能力，都是优秀的。我懂得与人有效沟通，善于做人的工作，信奉服务同学的信念，善于处理好工作与生活的关系，有良好的生活能力与习惯，关心人，体贴人，是个心中装有他人的好同学。我想，我们总是在学习中不断进步，不断完善自我。只有这样才有更大的发展。

善良爱心 充满文明路途

作为一名普通的团员，我曾组织过“学雷锋活动”，并以组长的身份，在周末带领组员们到大街小巷中去义务清扫街道，清除“城市牛皮癣”，为城市环保奉献自己的一份力量，虽然有点辛苦，却很快乐、自豪。就为这份心情，我们一直坚持了半个学期，就我而言，这是一份值得留恋回味的经历。

在2008年年初雪灾，5.12大地震发生后，各行各业人士都进行了捐款活动，我和家人力所能及地为灾区出资，通过这件事我感受到作为国家公民的责任与骄傲。

除此以外，我曾有过多次拾金不昧的行为，也主动帮助一些陌生人找路、看望生病的同学„„在这点点滴滴中我帮助了别人，快乐了自己。也许有人做的事毕我更多、更好、更惊心动魄，而我——只是在做每一个公民该做的而已，却让我真正体会到了“赠人玫瑰，手有余香“的含义。

所以，在学校“学习雷锋活动月”中，我也不忘展示自己的这份文明和坦诚。在教室里我捡到了钱，马上交给班主任，做到了“拾金不昧”；放学后，我义务帮助值日生打扫教室；空闲时，我主动帮助同学解决学习中遇到的难题„„为了响应学习雷锋精神的号召，为开创文明校园出力，同时也表现对老师的敬爱和感激之情，在3月8日这一天，我积极报名我班团支部书记组织的打扫办公室活动，当老师走进整洁的办公室，露出惊讶的表情时，我们躲在媚外偷偷的笑„„小事，大事，事事关心，我付出了汗水，同时也收获了快乐。

以身作则 折射文明风采

作为一名中学生，我能够做到很好地使用礼貌用语，并且有礼貌地对待别人，见到长辈、同学能主动问好。

在学习生活中，我能和同学友好相处。我会热心帮助同学，如果谁在生活学习中遇到困难，我会尽我的能力来帮助他们。

我有较强的规则意识，并能自觉遵守学校规章制度。课堂上，我认真听讲。我有明确的学习目的，端正的学习态度，并刻苦地学习，遇到不懂的问题，我会虚心地向老师和同学请教，因此我能取得较好的成绩。我能按时参加晨练，吃饭遵守秩序，不插队，不在教室里追逐打闹，尊重老师，不侮辱同学，并在规定时间内穿校服，佩带校牌，晚上回到寝室后，按时就寝，不在寝室内大声喧哗。

热心诚实 书写文明内涵

我叫吴栩然，是乐成公立寄宿学校七年级二班的一名学生。入学以来，我在学校老师和家长的精心培养教育下，通过持之以恒的刻苦努力，从一个懵懵懂懂的孩子，逐渐成为一名正直热心诚实、好学上进、学有所长的少年。在生活和学习中，我时刻以《中学生日常行为规范》来严格约束自己；以努力拚搏，锐意进取来要求自己。

作为一名中学生，无论在哪里，我都能做到以热心、诚实之心对待我周围的每一个人；作为一班之长，我始终坚持认真做好本职工作，积极为班级工作献计献策。我积极主动地和老师探讨班级管理问题，给老师提出好的建议，是老师的得力小助手。

我知道刻苦学习是学生的天职，获得新知是人生的快乐。因此我始终把学习当成最重要的事情来做。在学习上，刻苦用功，上课专心听讲，积极思考，勇于质疑，不懂就问，课下认真完成各科作业，并利用业余时间阅读大量的课外书籍。

平时，我能够礼貌待人，热心帮助同学，对待别人的请教，我也可以耐心地回答。

在老师安排了我的帮带对象后，我能够尽自己的责任去帮助同学。每天都主动去帮助他。当他遇到难题，我会耐心地讲解。当每一次考卷发下来后，我与他一起分析错误原因。有一次，同学被一道数学题难住了，作为“导师”的我马上为他指导。第一次讲解他没听懂，我就再次讲解，但还是没讲通，我仍耐心地进行讲解。就这样一次又一次不厌其烦的指导，他总算在我的努力下，把题目完整攻克下来了。还有一次，英语试卷发下来以后，得知他没有考出理想成绩。于是我安慰他，并且和他一起分析试卷，改正错误。

在校，我都会自觉得将地上的垃圾捡起来。见到老师，我也会主动问好。下课期间，不追逐不打闹。自觉遵守纪律。熄灯后，我可以管住自己的嘴巴，遵守寝室规定。

我不仅自己遵守纪律，还能够监督同学，搞好同学与同学之间的关系。有一次，几个同学在教室里投饮料瓶，我见之，想要阻止他们。一开始，他们并没有理睬我的劝阻。为了维护纪律，我再次上去阻止，终于成功了，他们认识到了自己的错误，回到了座位上。还有一次，寝室里的两个同学因为一点小事闹矛盾，为了让两个同学和好，让寝室关系更加融洽，我努力进行劝解，结果不仅让两个人和好了，还让我与同学结下了深厚的友谊。

我不仅在校行为文明，有礼貌，在家里，我也可以做到尊重长辈，孝敬长辈。上个周末，奶奶因为天气的转变而发了高烧，整个上午都在医院里打吊针，回来时，奶奶已累倒在床上，浑身无力，而家里还有一大堆家务。为了让奶奶得到足够的休息，我动员两个表弟一起做家务。一个下午，原本可以自由活动的我投入到做家务当中去。虽然很累，但很高兴，因为我做了一件自豪的事。

初一（18）班 翁文海

严于律己 绽放文明奇葩

夏华，来自一（3）班这个大集体，是一名德智体美劳全面发展的优秀学生。在学习上，该同学学习优异。在上个学期的全能竞赛中，成绩名列全班首位。在本学期的期中考试中，她再一次成为了全班的明星。这是她刻苦努力的结果。她不耍小聪明而自夸奇异，不喜好虚名而争斗嫉妒。捧书默诵是她最美表情，伏案疾书书是她温厚背影。勤学以脱愚，善学能成才。她给了我们一个真实的榜样。

作为一斑之长，她承担老师的期待和同学的信任双重压力，总是在教师和办公室之间穿梭，丝毫没有怨言。她用坚持履行承诺，用热忱延续感动，用干练证明实力。过去的一学期，她在忙碌中挥洒汗水；未来的一学期，她将运筹帷幄，带这干部们继续奋勇争先，再创辉煌。

华

谦虚求真 滋养文明心田

刘潇，男，汉族，1995年9月14日生。现为初二（16）班一环保员。我为自己的改变而自豪。

那是一个清冷的冬日，太阳很好。校园里万籁俱寂。除了我们二十二个幸运儿，所有初二学生都已经放寒假回家了。早上去教室时，忽然听见从17班教室传来一阵阵沙沙声。我很奇怪，不应都放假回去了吗？怎么还会有人呢？透过窗户，我好奇地往里一看，在空荡荡的教室里，一个身着校服的人正在挥着手中的扫把，灰尘弥漫了整个教室。定睛一看，原来是陈介威同学。奇怪，这么多作业，为何他会有如此的“闲情逸致”来到这儿扫地呢？我走过去问他，陈介威叹了一口气，抬手擦了擦额头的汗水：“都是这个‘可恶’的赵伟，一大早就来做好事，在这里扫地，害得我都不好意思不扫了。刘潇，我知道你很善良的，也来扫吧。”

我被他们感动了，毫不犹豫地拿来扫把来到18班。赵伟已在这儿干了很久了，从教室后方堆得像小山一样的垃圾就可以看出来。可垃圾实在是太多了，地上仍是一片狼藉。牛奶瓶、面巾纸、草稿本„„凡所应有，无所不有，令人“大开眼界”。桌子椅子横的、躺的，骨肉分离的，移花接木的，各式各样简直成了一个木制品艺术展览会。看到这儿，我也干起来。三个教室很快打扫完毕，正当我认为终于可以松一口气时，赵伟又再次走进18班整理起桌椅来。陈介威笑着对赵伟说：“你做好事也要有个限度啊！害得我都不好意思不干了。”于是也开始干。

看见他们如此勤奋的劳动，如此大公无私的行为，我震撼了。于是，我决定开始勤劳。

我担任了班级环保员，并且开始这样做：在班级中，我积极参加工作，作为一名环保员我能尽职尽责，及时处理回收垃圾。当看到有同学忘记垃圾分类时，我提醒他们，让他们竖立起环保意识，当看到讲台桌一片混乱时，我会主动收拾，让老师有一个好的上课环境；当看到地上早已被踩成薄片般的牛奶瓶，我立刻捡起，投入垃圾桶中„„ 这一次，能被班上的同学推选出来，我很高兴。然而，我做到的，只是他人不曾注意的细节。其实人人都有文明意识，而我只是付诸于行动罢了。愿环保之风吹遍祖国大地，愿劳动之花开在每个人的心中。

乐于助人 弘扬文明传统

我叫金威达，出生在一个民风淳朴、古道热肠的的小镇，在小镇人们的影响下，在学校老师的教育下，我成长为一名具有良好的文明礼仪的中学生。

南开大学校长在镜子上写了一句箴言：“面必争，发必理，衣必整，钮必结，头容正，肩容平，胸容宽，背容直，气象勿傲勿怠，颜色宜和宜静宜装。” 这句话对我影响很大。作为一个中学生，我深深明白自己的仪表起码必须符合学校的气氛和学生的身份，保持大方、得体的仪表，是对老师同学的一种尊重。因而每一大周放假的时候，我都会自觉进行仪表自查，深受老师的好评。这就是我，一个仪表得体大方的我。

在我们的校园内、楼梯上总能见到与我们美丽的校园极不和谐的纸屑，教室里、校园内食品袋时常可见，甚至有的同学认为：反正有值日的同学和清洁工打扫，扔了又何妨。我总觉得这种做法、想法是错误的，美丽的校园需要我们每一个同学的努力，因而我总是以身作则，管住自己的手，不随地扔垃圾；管住自己的口，不随地吐痰。而且每当我看到地上有垃圾，总会不受控制的弯下腰捡起来放进垃圾桶，每当我看见别的同学乱扔垃圾，我总会上前阻止，这时同学们总会用异样的目光看着我，我都会脸红着跑开，感到很难为情，尽管如此，我还是会主动捡起垃圾。这就是我，一个乐于保护环境的我。

学校里，个别同学会故意损坏学校的公共财物，每当我看见同学们破坏公共财物，在课桌上乱涂、乱挖、乱刻的时候，我都会情不自禁的对他们说一句：“不要在伤害它们了，它们会感到疼的。”大概听到我这样说的同学们都会晕倒的，也会骂我一声“神经病”。因为他们不懂得我的想法，也没有我的经历，记得我小的时候，一次偶然的机会，让我读到了一本鲁迅先生的书，记得鲁迅先生为了上学不迟到，就在课桌上刻了一个“早”字，我便跟他学习，在课桌上刻了一个“早”字，以示我的决心之大，老师看到了语重心长得对我说：“威达，世界上的万物都是有生命的，你应该保护它们，不让它们受到伤害。你懂吗？”从此以后，我都会保护桌椅和其它公共物品，并且乐于做个公物保护宣传员。这就是我，一个乐于保护公共财物的我。

在班级里，我担任的职务是学习委员，除了充当老师的帮手，更多的时候是充当小老师的角色。当同学们学习上遇到困难的时候，我总是耐心的详细的解释给他们，教他们解答之法。这就是我，一个乐于帮助同学的我。

播种行为，收获习惯；播种习惯，收获性格；播种性格，收获命运。同学们，让我们每个人都播下文明的种子，收获灿烂的明天。

初二（8）班

金威达

积极向上 撑起文明支柱

作为一名公立学生，我不仅在学习上严格要求自己，更是力求做一个德才兼备的学子。热爱祖国，升旗仪式上一定肃立庄重；维护集体荣誉，不做违纪之事使班集体荣誉受损。严格遵守校纪校规，秉承学习严谨优良的校风。爱惜公物，爱护一草一木，珍惜粮食，准时参加学校的晨练或集会，不缺勤，亦不迟到。见到老师鞠躬问好，遇见同学微笑招呼；礼貌用语，与同学和睦相处，不争吵，不打闹，竭尽所能解决同学提出的问题；或与同学深入探讨，一同分享学习的莫大乐趣。平日里认真听讲，勤记笔记，按时完成课内外作业；紧抓时间，刻苦学习，力争上游，为获得较为优异的成绩而不懈努力。偶尔在学习或住校生活中遇到难以克服的困难，也决不畏缩不前，而是勇于向师长寻求帮助，协同合作，尽快解疑难，争取登上更新的高度。

初

一、初二时，曾担任国旗护旗手。我将它作为一项光荣任务，并曾获“优秀护旗手”称号。每周一准时与其他护旗手在操场上举起进场。在庄重的升旗仪式上，在全校师生的目光中，望着国旗在晨光中徐徐升起，心中便不由自主产生一种自豪感，也默默感受到新时代所赋予我们这批在国旗下身披阳光成长的当代青少年的使命。第一批团员入团仪式中，凭借着同学的选举与支持，我顺利地加入了中国共青团，成为我班第一批团员中的成员之一，并曾两次被评为“优秀团员”。

去年南方雪灾，受到奔赴抗灾一线的志愿者的无私行为的感染，想到以文明公民与血脉通报这双重身份所应尽的义务，虽然对于抗灾工作只是微不足道的一点，但我也与家人自发的从一行汇款向灾区捐款；几个月后发生了令人痛心的汶川地震，学校组织捐款救灾，怀着同之前所一样的情感，我毫不犹豫地捐出一些零用钱，献出自己的绵薄之力，希望以此捎去对他们重建起美好家园的祝福。

去年夏天，我的一篇考场作文《我的人生路标》登上《乐清日报》，除了与师长、家人分享这份喜悦之外，同时是借此表表对母亲的爱与苦心的体悟与感激。它也将是我初中学习的一份鼓励与回忆。

如今，作为班长，我尽力地协助老师管理班级，以身作则，除了同学之间互助互学，也争取与他们共创一个文明班级的氛围；同时兼作为英语课代表，早读课也按时带领全班进行晨读，平时同学提出英语方面的问题，定详尽解答，或有不知的，去问老师后再给以明确的答案。

领导老师见面会时：

各位领导、老师，晚上好！我叫卢敏嫦。很感谢三水中学为我们提供了这么珍贵的一次实习机会。我也是三水人，一早就被这间学校优雅的学习环境，先进的设施，丰富的资源所吸引，因此一直都希望能到三水中学实习。我是汉语言专业的，平时学习努力，专业基础知识比较扎实，自学能力强。担任过社团秘书处处长，班长等职务，课余时间尤其喜欢参加社会实践活动，如今年寒假去做列车员，参加三下乡支教活动等，经常参加社会实践可以让我学到很多东西，也提高了我各方面能力。这次到三中实习，希望能在各位老师的指导下，通过实际的教学实践提高自己的教学能力，希望各位领导老师多多指教。
