初中英语书面表达写作方法训练及探究

摘要：本文通过对目前初中英语书面表达所存在的现状，教学中的一些误区以及产生误区的原因，从学生和教师两方面出发进行分析。并从英语新课程标准的总体目标出发，作了深入的探究，并总结了一些写作过程中可供训练的写作技巧和应对策略，以便学生掌握这些技巧和策略，并能充分领会，运用于平时的写作训练中，使他们的文章更具风采和可读性 关键词：初中英语书面表达，写作训练，写作技巧和策略

近年来，伴随着英语教学改革的快速推进和新教材的推行计划的全面实施，学生的听、说、读、写能力得到了较大的改善。而在这四项基本技能中，要求较高的是写的能力，而且在新教材中词汇量越来越大，内容越来越丰富，对学生的要求也越来越高，学生能否运用已有的英语知识和技能进行书面交际在写作之中就可以得到充分的体现。今年绍兴市中考以提供一些信息写一篇以环保为主题的日记的思路命题，而不是以往的看图写文章，据此我们也可以看出强化学生的写作能力训练及技巧培养已刻不容缓。

但是现在初中生的英语写作能力却不容乐观。我根据教学实践以及对历届中考作文的分析发现，初中生的英语写作仍是一个较为薄弱的环节。主要问题有：单词拼写错误、书写不规范、大小写不分、句子结构单一有误、上下文过渡不自然、中式英语等，这样的作文根本谈不上写作技巧和文采，而且这与英语新课程标准关于培养学生综合运用语言能力和持续学习能力的总体目标也是不相符的。

一、存在误区及原因分析

1．学生缺乏系统的、循序渐进的写作基本功训练

不可否认，随着英语教学的深入，学生中精彩作文层出不穷，可是绝大多数学生还停留在比较低的表达水平上。而且英语写作难度较大，学生怕苦怕累，学习意志薄弱，经常出错，导致学习热情减退。英语书面表达涉及各种基础知识和技能，包括单词拼写、词汇搭配、句型、时态、句子间和段落之间的连贯性及中心思想等，量多面广。如果平时不下工夫认真学习并逐渐日积月累的话，单凭考前背几篇范文是写不出具有文采的好文章的。所以有的学生觉得作文难写，渐渐失去兴趣甚至信心，长此以往造成了恶性循环。当然学生没有掌握好的学习方法，七、八年级时忽略英语写作训练也是导致写作问题产生的一个因素。

2．教师指导的某些不科学

有的教师错误地认为，对学生写作能力的培养是高中阶段的教学重点，有的甚至将七、八年级的写作教学忽略了，几乎使学生的写作训练成了一句空话。而且由于学生写作能力的提高缓慢或不明显，所以教师在写作的教学过程中信心不足，写作教学常被一笔带过，以布置回家写一篇短文而作为课的收尾。有的教师也抱着侥幸心理，认为学生到了中考前自然会重视写作，这就导致了教师在教学目标的定位上的差错。

还有不少教师为了使学生的作文更有风采，增加了学生命题作文的密度和阅读课外文章的数量。事实上，过多的命题作文会让学生养成过多的查汉英字典的习惯，而这样往往会导

致表达词不达意，容易犯语法错误。而且这样查出来的词句容易遗忘，这样也造成了精力的浪费。课外读物虽精彩纷呈，很多教师强调学生的大量阅读来丰富学生的知识面和词汇量，表面上好象对学生的表达能力起了推动作用，实际上使学生不堪重负，知识杂乱，在表达运用上出现偏差，不能在具体的情景中运用确切的语言材料。

要想解决这个问题，我们教师就必须端正思想和工作方法，坚决纠正写作能力训练对低年级可有可无的错误认识，将学生英语写作能力的训练和培养进行到底，提高初中生的写作技巧，切实将初中阶段的英语写作教学落到实处。

二、教学探究和措施

我在初中教学实践中，就如何在初中生进行写作能力的指导训练和技巧培养作了一些尝试。现在谈几点认识和看法，希望对初中生的书面表达有所帮助。

（一）训练听写和翻译，落实词汇和短语

听写能使学生掌握单词和短语拼写，而且这种方法比较简单有效，每天上课前五分钟让学生听写单词短语以及重要句型，操作起来也比较方便。翻译也同样能帮助学生熟悉和运用教材中的重点短语和句型，当然老师在给学生布置翻译练习时，应多利用教材，以学生们的兴趣、爱好或熟知的事物为出发点来设计练习。这样的话，学生们会把做习题的过程看成师生交流，生生对话，他们就会积极参与练习。

（二）善于发现好词好句，训练学生的仿写能力

我们目前的教材内容丰富多彩，好词好句也比比皆是，可是很多学生却对此熟视无睹，作为教师的我们应该指导学生发现这些高质量的语言材料。发现这些好词好句确实需要一双慧眼，需要学生们用心去体会。除了一些课外书籍的提示外，最重要的发现方法是进行比较，比较一些表达方式的不同，反复阅读和推敲，一些好词好句就会出现在我们的面前。

而且任何一门语言的学习都是从模仿开始的。既然我们发现教材中那么多的好词好句，我们的英语写作也可以从仿写课文中的好词好句开始。在刚开始写作训练阶段，仿写是最有效的训练形式了。在我们现在所使用的七年级新教材“Go for it”中就有许多的仿写练习。刚开始写作练习，我想可以从以下几点开始训练：

1．仿写句型结构

通过仿写句子，可使学生们注意到汉语与英语在表达方式、句型结构以及语序上的区别，可以避免学生们根据汉语随意翻译的现象，培养学生们的英语语言意识和英语思维习惯，最后达到能灵活运用英语的程度。

2．仿写英文应用文体的结构形式

在我们初中阶段首先要学习的应用文体就是书信、e-mail、日记、通知等，而英文的书信、日记等文体与中文是有差别的。学生们只有通过多次仿写练习才能熟练掌握。

3．仿写课文内容

在学习课文时，我们教师可以帮助学生理解其中的语言知识和句型结构，指导学生分析课文的写作思路几内容。例如：七年级上学期Unit 11中有一篇关于Scott的短文，短文内容就是写Scott的一天。我们可以先对范文进行分析，然后让学生模仿短文写一篇“My day”。

学生通过对课文的写作思路几内容的模仿，会慢慢掌握审题、列提纲等写作技巧，为今后的写作打下良好的基础。

(三)加强课堂会话训练，使学生完成从说到写的过渡

学生们在小学阶段已有了三四年的英语学习经历，有了一定的英语会话能力。我们可以根据学生们的实际情况分析教材内容，从会话入手来指导学生从说到写的自然过渡。训练过程中我们可采取以下方法：

1．学生两人一组会话表演

举个例子，我们在上课时可以以询问同学上星期天做什么为对话主题，教师可以把学生在表演时会用到的句子写在黑板上。比如说：

(1)What did you do last Sunday ?

(2)Where did you go ?

(3)When did you go there ?

(4)Whom did you go with ?

(5)Did you enjoy yourselves ?

„

学生们就可以两人一组进行Free talk口语训练，来复习课本中所学的语言知识，提高口头表达能力，为写作作好铺垫。

2．布置写作内容

这时学生们对表演内容比较熟悉，我们就可以要求学生们写一篇以刚才对话内容为主题写一篇日记。此时我们教师可以做一些指导，可以提醒学生们根据自己实际情况回答一下黑板上的几个问句，在选择正确的时态来下笔。通过这样的写作训练，就可以使学生所学的语言知识得到了实际运用，可以培养学生们的综合运用语言的能力。

当然写完文章后提醒学生们修改也是写作训练中不可缺少的环节。教师可以从以下几方面提醒学生们从以下几方面修改文章：书写格式是否规范，大小写是否正确，标点符号是否正确，单词有无拼写错误，句子是否完整等。

（四）牢记写作策略，熟用写作技巧

在写作过程中，教师要经常提醒学生们以下几点：

1．仔细看题目，选择正确时态，要点完整

英语书面表达对时态要求比较严格，不同的文体要求的时态也不一样。相对来说，现在时态常用来介绍人物、地点、学习、兴趣、爱好、生活等；过去时态常用于看图作文和日记等；将来时态常用来写通知等。

2．注意中英文表达上的差异

英美国家的人习惯于“开门见山”，学生们应在文章开头就说明这篇文章的目的，千万不可先说一大堆不相干的话，最后才落到主题。学生们可以直抒胸臆，不用拐弯抹角。

3．运用多种表达方式

在一篇书面表达中，单一地运用主语开头的句子，会使整篇文章觉得单调。我们教师可以指导学生使用多种结构，如倒装句式、动词非谓语形式、从句等，同时提醒学生们注意句与句之间的过渡，在写作过程中多使用过渡语即连接词，如but, and, by the way, just then, next, after that, on the other hand, two days later, instead等等。

学生们在写作过程中记住这些注意点，并能运用多种表达方式，突破单一句式，这样的文章才会生动活泼，流畅自然，也会大大增加文章的可读性。
