社会热点之低碳生活调研报告

调查目的：从低碳入手，了解低碳生活的概念，从而更好地付诸实施，创造更绿色的经济及生活

调查对象：县城及周边地区的居民

调查时间：2010年8月13日----8月20日

调查方式：走访，观察，问卷调查以及上网搜寻

调查内容：

1、了解几个重要概念：

（1）低碳生活（Low-carbon life）就是减少二氧化碳的排放,就是低能量、低消耗、低开支的生活。就是指生活作息时所耗用的能量要尽力减少，从而减低碳，特别是二氧化碳的排放量，从而减少对大气的污染，减缓生态恶化，主要是从节电节气和回收三个环节来改变生活细节。低碳生活是目前全世界环保主义者倡导的、保护地球、保护生存环境的健康生活方式。低碳生活，对于我们普通人来说是一种态度，而不是能力，我们应该积极提倡并去实践低碳生活，注意节电、节油、节气，从点滴做起。除了种树，还有人买运输里程很短的商品，有人坚持爬楼梯，形形色色，有的很有趣，有的不免有些麻烦。但关心全球气候变暖的人们却把减少二氧化碳实实在在地带入了生活。网络上的低碳经济（LCE）是指一个经济系统只有很少或没有温室气体排出到大气层，或指一个经济系统的碳足印接近于或等于零。低碳经济可让大气中的温室气体含量稳定在一个适当的水平，避免剧烈的气候改变，减少恶劣气候令人类造成伤害的机会，因过高的温室气体浓度可以会引致灾难性的全球气候变化，会为人类的将来带来负面影响。

（2）碳排量：碳排放是关于温室气体排放的一个总称或简称。温室气体中最主要的气体是二氧化碳，因此用碳（Carbon）一词作为代表。虽然并不准确，但作为让民众最快了解的方法就是简单地将“碳排放”理解为“二氧化碳排放”。多数科学家和政府承认温室气体已经并将继续为地球和人类带来灾难，所以“控制碳排放”对于我们生活的地球是有实际意义的。

在我们的日常生活中，其实是一直都在排放着二氧化碳，比如我们坐汽车要耗费燃油，燃油燃烧就产生二氧化碳，排放在空气中就增加了碳排放。我们 1

每天要看电视用电脑，这些家电都耗费电能，电能的生产是要消耗大量的煤炭，煤炭的消耗也要排除大量的二氧化碳。因此，如何通过节约能源，节制我们的日常生活，如少用空调，少用暖气，少开车，少坐飞机等等，都是属于低碳生活的一部分。

我们生活中的碳排量是可以计算的。家居用电的二氧化碳排放量（kg）＝耗电度数×0.785。根据这个二氧化碳排放量的计算器还可以算出市民开车、乘坐飞机、吃一个汉堡等到底能排放出多少二氧化碳，从而计算出碳排放量。

2、首先走访周边一些居民，了解基本情况，大致询问近三年涉及到碳排放的一些情况，然后再在周边进行观察，设计出碳排放量的一些相关问题

3、调查问卷的发放

通过网上搜索以及我个人的观察，设计好问卷，问卷涉及到我们家庭日常生活中的吃、穿、住、行、玩，这些方面我们都采取了哪些方式，与三年前比，我们的碳排量增长了还是下降了。然后把这些问卷在县城及周边范围内发放，送到住户里，然后定期收回，进行统计分析。

调查结果：我们生活中的碳排量比三年前增加6%

由我同学帮忙，总共发了100份问卷，实收100份，有效问卷96份。根据这些问卷调查问题分析如下：

1.潜山家庭汽车使用量比三年前增加了30%，这也就是说，就出行汽车消费，比三年前的碳排量增加了30%。但是由于汽车还不是潜山县家庭出行的主要工具，所以次指标增长幅度很大，但总量很小。

2.家电的更新换代较多，节能型家电逐渐被市民认同，所以家电的电耗费量增长只有3%。

3.潜山人吃穿的消费增长量逐渐下落，吃的逐渐趋于绿色，早市、夜市红火，所以按碳排量计算器的计算，吃穿的碳排量增长幅度只有1%。

4.随着节能建筑的流行，潜山人均住的能源消费趋于下降，住房碳排量下降2%。

5.以玩为目的的休闲娱乐方式在改变，人们私家车的增加，增加了活动半径，所以玩的碳排量上升1.5%。

综合上述，潜山人家庭生活中的碳排量比三年前增加6%。

调查体会：

通过这次调查研究，首先我了解了低碳的概念以及其他的相关知识，然后就是对我们身边的生活有了更进一步的了解，对身边的环境有了更多的认识。当今社会，低碳生活被认为是一种时尚生活逐渐被人们认同，但是实施的人群相对较少。就是说，人们都有了低碳生活的意识，但却没有落实到行动上。因此，我们，作为一名大学生，向大家倡议低碳生活，希望大家在生活中注意以下细节：

1.改变用全自动洗衣机洗衣服的习惯，改用手洗衣服，既节约又环保。倡导每周用手洗衣服一次。

2.尽量拒绝一次性餐巾纸、一次性筷子和一次性纸杯，因为这些制造离不开树木，破坏森林资源。建议改用手帕、竹筷子和玻璃杯，既保护森林，又少消耗能源。

3.买菜尽量骑自行车到郊区买菜，减少蔬菜用汽车运输，从而减少碳排量。

4.没有用节能灯泡的家庭，建议尽量把家里的灯泡都换成了节能灯，以节约能源。

5.尽量吃自己做的饭菜，不要吃成品食品和小食品，以减少制造这些食品过程中浪费能源。

6.去超市或菜市场，尽量自己带现成的或自制的购物袋。

7.尽量减少私家车的使用，或不开车，步行或骑自行车，以减少对环境的污染。

8.写过字的纸也要利用，把背面用做算草，减少笔记本和纸张的使用，以保护森林。

9.尽量不去游乐场玩电动玩具，减少电能消耗。

10.尽量喝白开水，不喝饮料和瓶装水，以减少制造和运输这些产品所耗费的能源。

调查总结：

现在，我们所说的低碳经济，是指在可持续发展理念的指导下，通过技术创新、制度创新、产业转型、新能源开发等多种手段，尽可能地减少煤炭、石油等高碳能源消耗，减少温室气体排放，达到经济社会与生态环境保护双赢的一种

经济发展形态。所谓的优质生活，就是更多地来源于低碳经济的“绿色”生活„„低碳生活，可以说是源于低碳经济开发下的优质生活。享受低碳经济带来的优质生活，几件生活小事便可以满足：使用布袋代替塑料袋；提倡步行代替坐车；节水节电；购买绿色产品等，这些生活小事都应时时记在我们脑中。

“戒除嗜好！面向低碳经济”的环境日主题提示人们，“低碳经济”不仅意味着制造业要加快淘汰高能耗、高污染的落后生产能力，推进节能减排的科技创新，而且意味着引导公众反思哪些习以为常的消费模式和生活方式是浪费能源、增排污染的不良嗜好，从而充分发掘服务业和消费生活领域节能减排的巨大潜力。

低碳经济与我们要享受的优质生活有着千丝万缕的联系。我们身边的低碳经济事例都来源于一些生活小主张，我们均应从自己出发，牢牢抓住身边的小细节，从中为我们的优质生活做贡献„„

Nowadays fake commodities have flooded almost every inch of the market.Wherever you are, whatever you do, it seems that you can hardly have fallen prey to them.In other words, it is highly probable that you have bought some of those fake goods or products of inferior quality。Needless to say, fake commodities have already done great harm to our society.On the one hand, they will ruin the good reputation of genuine products and disturb the balance of the market.On the other hand, the prevalence of such products has hindered interpersonal relationship and resulted in the decline of public morality.As a consequence, they have wasted exhaustible resources, endangered people’s precious life and health, and in the long run eroded public trust。

Then, what should be done to do away with fake commodities? To start with, the government needs to tighten its inspection program and strengthen its enforcement policies.Secondly, honest businessmen should modify some long-accepted practices at the protection of their intellectual property right.Most important of all, we consumers will have to do a better job of learning how to distinguish between the genuine and the phoney and definitely say no to the fake ones.In one word, the coordinated effort of the whole society will put an end to fake commodities.
