《英语写作》考试大纲

一、考试的内容、要求和目的1．考试要求和目的本考试的目的是从普通高校专科毕业生中挑选优秀者插入本科三年级学习。依照教育部颁发的《高等学校英语专业基础阶段教学大纲》和外国语学院制定的《英语专业本科教学大纲》，考试目的是测试考生的写作基本技巧、英文谴词，造句，组段及安排篇章结构等写作能力，同时考查学生是否能用英文写出合乎英语规范的文章，文章是否言之有物，语句是否通顺，是否具有逻辑性和连贯性。

2．考试内容

1)通知、便条、概要及短文的写作；

2)选词、句间与段间的衔接；

3）各种应用的写作；

4）各种体裁文章的写作；

5）命题作文。根据作文题目、提纲或图表、数据等写出各种类型的文章。

一、招生对象及报考条件

（一）招生对象

拥护中国共产党的领导，热爱祖国，品德良好，遵纪守法，愿为社会主义现代化建设勤奋学习且具培养前途,身体健康状况符合普通高校招生的体检要求,并符合下列条件之一的人员可以报考：

1．广东省户籍且就读广东省普通高校的高职高专应届毕业生；

2．外省生源就读广东省普通高校的高职高专应届毕业生（不含办理了暂缓就业的往届专科毕业生）；

3．广东省户籍或广东生源就读省外普通高校的高职高专应届毕业生；

4．广东省户籍且在报名确认截止日期（2012年1月10日前）取得国家承认的专科毕业证（指经教育部审定核准的国民教育系列高等学校或高等教育自学考试机构颁发的专科毕业证书[含普通高等教育、成人教育、自学考试、网络教育]）的毕业生。

（二）下列人员不得报考：

1．应届毕业生之外的高等学校专科在校生；

2．非广东省户籍的高等学校专科往届毕业生；

3．2011年参加本科插班生考试，因作弊被取消各科考试成绩并被禁止下参加本科插班生考试的人员；

4．因触犯刑律已被有关部门采取强制措施或正在服刑者。

二、报名时间、办法及报名考试费

（一）报名方式

1.预报名。2012年1月4日至7日（共四天）为网上预报名时间，考生通过互联网登录http:///cbsbm，进入“广东省本科插班生网上报名系统”进行预报名，阅读相关报考规定、要求，签订《诚信考试承诺书》，录入报名信息，获取预报名号和设定密码。逾

1期不再办理预报名手续。

2.确认报名。2012年1月8日至1月10日(共三天)为网上报名确认时间。考生须持有关报名材料亲自前往广州大学校验报名材料、进行电子摄像，并在《广东省2012年本科插班生报名登记表》上签名确认。

3.广州大学现场报名确认地点：广州大学城外环西路230号广州大学就业服务大厅（文俊西楼103室）

4.考生报考志愿只能填报广州大学的一个专业。请考生报考前对照报考条件报考，不符合报考条件的考生不准报名。

（二）考生须提交的报名资料

1.普通高校应届毕业生在报名确认时需要递交的材料：①身份证原件与复印件；②最后学历成绩单（须加盖院校教务处公章）；③新生录取名册复印件（须加盖考生所在院校公章，并用红笔在本人名字前打“√”）；④经签名确认的《广东省2012年本科插班生报名登记表》；⑤体检表。

2.往届毕业生（2012年1月10日前取得国家承认的专科毕业证，指经教育部审定核准的国民教育系列高等学校或高等教育自学考试机构颁发的专科毕业证书[含普通高等教育、成人教育、自学考试、网络教育]）在报名确认时需要递交的材料：①身份证原件与复印件（A4纸复印）；②毕业证书原件与复印件（A4纸复印）；学历证书鉴定证明原件与复印件（A4纸复印，若毕业证书能够通过学信网查证属实，则不需提供学历证书鉴定证明原件与复印件）③户口本原件及复印件；④经签名确认的《广东省2012年本科插班生报名登记表》；⑤体检表。

3.服义务兵役退役的高职高专考生在报名确认时需要递交的材料：身份证、普通高职高专毕业证、民政部门颁发的士兵退役证等原件及其复印件。

（三）报名资料

我校负责对考生报名材料进行审查，在报名现场通过登录中国高等教育学生信息网（学信网）的“中国高等教育学历证书查询系统”

核对考生的专科毕业证（网址http://.cn/xlcx/lscx.jsp）。考生应先通过短信等方式获取查询码，再由报名点工作人员现场上网查核。

符合报考条件的往届毕业生，应及早登录中国高等教育学生信息网（学信网）的“中国高等教育学历证书查询系统”核对本人的专科毕业证。若在“学信网”上无法查到专科毕业信息，应及早到广东省教育厅高等学校毕业生就业指导中心学历鉴定部（广东省教育厅学历认证中心地址：广州市农林下路72号二楼，电话：020-37626800）进行学历验证，并于正式确认报名结束前提交验证结果。学历验证需要一定的时间，请此类考生提前一个月的时间办理验证，以免错过报名时间。考生凭虚假证件报名的，一经发现，即取消考生的录取资格，由此产生的后果由考生本人负责。

考生报名时不再出具所在单位同意报考的证明材料。考生与所在单位因报考本科插班生产生的问题由考生自行处理。考生未能提供相关档案，我校不予录取。考生必须提供真实的档案材料，供我校录取。考生凡持假证明、假文凭等虚假材料报名考试的，取消考试资格；已被录取的，取消录取资格；已取得学籍的，取消学籍。

（四）报名考试费：每人200元；经审查材料不符合报考资格的考生，不退还报名考试费。

三、体检

1.考生在考试院网站上下载《广东省2012年高等学校本科插班生招生体格检查表》，自行前往二级甲等（含）以上医院或相应的医疗单位进行体检，报名确认时须向我校提交体检结果（体检表有效期：2011年11月4日-2012年1月10日）。体检标准按《普通高等学校招生体检指导意见》执行。

2.新生入学后我校将进行体检复检工作，复检不合格者取消入学资格。体检标准参照教育部、卫生部、中国残疾人联合会关于印发《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》的通知（教学„2003‟3号）、《教育部办公厅 卫生部办公厅关于普通高等学校招生学生入学身体检查

取消乙肝项目检测有关问题的通知》（教学厅„2010‟2号）及教育部《关于明确慢性肝炎病人并且肝功能不正常的具体判定标准的函》（教学司函„2010‟22号）要求执行。

四、考试

普通高校本科插班生的招生考试科目为五门，其中省统一考试三门，高校自主考试两门。省统一考试的三门为《政治理论》、《英语》和《专业基础课》。我校本科插班生招生专业工商管理、工程管理的专业基础课为《管理学》；法学的专业基础课为《民法学》。《专业课》具体安排由我校在《准考证》上注明，并由我校组织评卷。考生须于考试前一天到我校考点熟悉试室分布情况。考生请于4月中下旬在我校招生就业处主页上查询考试成绩（不接受电话查询成绩），我处不再发出书面通知。

考试各科满分为100分，五科总分为500分。每科考试时间为120分钟。

省统考科目的考试大纲和考试范围由省教育考试院根据教育部专科升本科同一层次的要求编写确定，并于报名前向社会公布。

普通高校本科插班生招生考试时间为2012年3月10日（星期六）至11日（星期日）两天，具体安排见下表：

五、录取

我校2012年本科插班生招生计划为160人，具体将根据考生德、智、体条件以及五门考试科目总分和省统考三科的最低录取控制分数线，从高分到低分择优录取；我校预计在5月下旬发出录取通知书，考生可在5月下旬通过我处主页查询录取结果。

六、入学收费标准

学费：工商管理为3800元/年；工程管理、法学为4300元/年。

七、在校学习期间的管理

本科插班生为国家任务生，秋季入学，全日制脱产学习。本科插班生入学后，我校将进行思想政治、业务、健康情况复查，经复查不符合条件的，取消其入学资格；复查合格并经注册后，即成为学校的正式学生，插入本科专业三年级学习，按插入年级的管理办法进行管理。

本科插班生入学后如需补修相关课程，则按我校教务处的规定执行。

八、毕业与就业

本科插班生修完本科教学计划规定的课程，德、智、体考核合格，准予本科毕业，发给本科毕业证书。

符合《中华人民共和国学位条例》和《广州大学学士学位条例实施细则》规定者，授予相应的学士学位。

本科插班生毕业后的就业办法，与普通高校并轨后的本科毕业生相同。

广州大学章程（6413）

第一章 总 则

第一条 为了明确办学宗旨，规范办学行为，建立现代大学制度，依据《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国高等教育法》和其他法律法规的规定，制定本章程。

第二条 学校中文名称为广州大学。英文名称为GUANGZHOU UNIVERSITY。法定住所：广州市大学城外环西路230号。

广州大学现有大学城校区、桂花岗校区。大学城校区位于广州市番禺区小谷围岛外环西路230号；桂花岗校区位于广州市越秀区解放北路桂花岗东1号。

第三条 广州大学为全民所有制事业单位法人。校长是学校的法定代表人。

第四条 广州大学（以下简称“学校”）是由广东省广州市人民政府举办的全日制普通高等学校，实行省市共建共管。

学校的办学活动接受举办者的支持、指导、监督检查和评估。学校依据法律法规和本章程，行使办学自主权。

第五条 学校全面贯彻国家教育方针，以人才培养为根本宗旨和任务，开展教育教学、科学研究和社会服务活动。

第六条 学校秉持教学立校、科研兴校、人才强校、服务荣校的办学理念，着力推进内涵发展、特色发展、开放发展、和谐发展，建设高水平有特色地方综合性大学。

第二章 教育教学与科学研究

第九条 学校根据政府政策和社会需要，以本科教育为基础，积极发展研究生教育和留学生教育，适当开展成人继续教育和职业教育。

第十条 学校根据社会需要、政府政策和办学条件，确定合理的办学规模。

第十一条 学校实施的教育形式主要是全日制普通学历教育，同时开展非全日制学历教育和非学历教育。

第十二条 学校执行国家规定的学业标准，依法颁发学历证书或者其他学业证书。

学校执行国家学位制度，依法授予学士、硕士及博士学位。

第十三条 学校设置哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学和管理学等学科门类。学校根据发展的需要设置和调整学科、专业。

第十四条 学校执行国家有关学生入学资格的规定，依法招收学生。第十五条 学校依法确定学制和学历教育修业年限。

第十六条 学校以人的全面发展为教育目标，开展教育教学研究，深化教育教学改革，全面实施素质教育。

第十七条 学校根据学科、专业和教育层次的特点，构建科学的人才培养体系，确立不同层次的人才培养目标和培养模式。

本科教育培养高素质应用型人才。

研究生教育培养具有创新能力的研究型人才。

第十八条 学校根据人才培养目标，制定人才培养方案和教学大纲，完善教学内容，改革教学方法和手段。

第十九条 学校建立和完善教育质量保障体系，加强教学管理，实行教学质量督导、检查和评估制度。

第二十条 学校加强教学团队建设。

第二十一条 学校依法保障学术自由，坚持学术民主，弘扬学术道德。学校鼓励开展科学研究，鼓励学术与科技创新，鼓励产、学、研相结合，积极促进科研成果的转化。

第二十二条 学校根据发展的需要，设立专门科研机构，建立学科研究基地，支持研究项目。

第二十三条 学校加强科学研究团队建设。第二十四条 学校建立和完善科学研究管理制度。

第三章 管理体制与机构

第一节 管理体制

第二十五条 学校实行中国共产党广州大学委员会（以下简称学校党委）领导下的校长负责制。

第二十六条 学校实行校、院（研究所或中心）两级管理的体制。学校规范和尊重学院（研究所或中心）或具有独立建制的单位自主管理，发挥其办学的本体作用。

第二十七条 学校根据精简、效能原则和实际工作需要，设置党政、教学、科研和教辅机构，建立社团组织，决定其职能与权责配置。

第二节 学校党委

第二十八条 学校党委按高等教育法的有关规定，统一领导学校工作，支持校长独立负责地行使职权，其领导职责主要是：

（一）组织学习、宣传、执行中国共产党的路线、方针、政策，坚持社会主义办学方向；

（二）领导学校的思想政治工作和德育工作；

（三）讨论决定学校内部组织机构的设置和内部组织机构负责人的人选；

（四）讨论决定学校改革、发展和基本管理制度等重大事项；

（五）保证以培养人才为中心的各项任务的完成；

（六）法律法规、党章和政策确定的其他职责。

第三节 校长

第二十九条 校长主持学校行政工作，全面负责学校的教学、科学研究和其他行政管理工作，行使下列职权：

（一）拟定学校发展规划，制定具体规章制度和工作计划并组织实施；

（二）组织教学活动、科学研究和思想品德教育；

（三）拟订内部组织机构的设置方案，推荐副校长人选，任免内部组织机构的负责人；

（四）聘用和解聘教师及内部其他工作人员；对学生进行学籍管理并实施奖励或处分；

（五）拟定和执行经费预算方案，保护和管理校产，维护学校的合法权益；

（六）行使章程规定的其他职权。副校长协助校长的工作，对校长负责。

第三十条 学校校务会议和校长办公会议是校长行使职权的基本形式。对所议事项实行集体讨论、校长决定。

第三十一条 校务会议所议事项须经学校党委会、教职工代表大会审议通过的，按规定的程序办理。

第四节 教职工代表大会

第三十二条 学校实行教职工代表大会制度。教职工代表大会是学校教职工行

使民主权利，参与民主管理和监督的重要形式。第三十三条 教职工代表大会一般每年举行一次。学校工会委员会是教职工代表大会的日常工作机构。

第三十四条 教职工代表大会的代表经民主选举或民主推荐方式产生。第三十五条 教职工代表大会行使下列职权：

（一）听取校长的工作报告，讨论学校的办学指导思想、工作计划、发展规划、重大改革方案、财务工作及其他有关学校工作的重大问题，并提出意见和建议；

（二）讨论通过教职工聘用或岗位责任制方案、校内酬金分配方案、教职工奖惩办法，以及其他与教职工有关的基本制度，由校长颁布施行；

（三）讨论决定与教职工关系密切的福利等重要事项；

（四）民主评议和监督学校各级领导干部，可以进行表扬、批评、推荐，必要时可建议上级机关予以嘉奖、晋升，或予以处分、免职。

第三十六条 学校教职工代表大会应当根据《高等学校教职工代表大会暂行条例》和《广东省普通高等学校教职工代表大会工作规定》开展工作。

第五节 学术委员会、学位评定委员会、教学指导委员会

第三十七条 学校设立学术委员会，审议学科、专业的设置，教学、科学研究计划方案，评定教学、科研成果等有关学术事项；其宗旨、职权、委员会的组成、议事规则等事项由校学术委员会章程规定。

学术道德委员会是学校学术委员会下属的专门委员会。

第三十八条 学校设立学位评定委员会，依法决定授予或撤销学位，处理学位争议，开展与学位有关的其他工作；其职权、委员会产生办法、组织活动原则 4

等事项由校学位评定委员会章程规定。

第三十九条 学校设立教学指导委员会，对教学工作进行研究、审议、监督、指导、评估和咨询；其宗旨、职权、委员资格与任免等事项由校教学指导委员会章程规定。

第六节 学院（研究所或中心）与独立建制单位

第四十条 学校设立学院（研究所或中心）。学院是全面、直接负责组织实施人

才培养、科学研究、学科建设的机构。

第四十一条 学院实行民主管理，其主要职责是：

（一）根据学校的规划、规定，制订学院发展规划，制定并组织实施学科专业建设、师资队伍建设、课程建设、人才培养方案和教学计划；

（二）组织开展教学活动、科学研究和其他学术活动；

（三）按照学校章程和学校规章制度制定内部管理制度；

（四）组织、评价本院教职员工的教学和管理工作，就有关奖惩提出意见和建议；

（五）教育与管理学生，就学生管理、奖惩等事项提出意见和建议；

（六）行使学校赋予的其他职责。

第四十二条 党政联席会议是学院的决策机构，由学院院长、党委（总支）书记、副院长、副书记组成。

党政联席会议主要讨论决定学院的发展规划、规章制度、学科与专业建设、师资队伍建设、科学研究、行政岗位设置与干部任用、思想政治工作、人事考核和奖惩、学生教育和管理、较大数额经费的收支以及其他重要问题。

第四十三条 院长是学院的行政负责人，组织和管理学院的行政事务、教学科研、学科专业建设、师资队伍建设等工作。主要履行下列职责：

（一）贯彻执行国家的教育方针、政策和法律法规，贯彻执行学校的办学政策和各项规章制度；

（二）提请学院党政联席会议讨论决定学院的发展规划以及行政工作中的重大问

题，并组织实施党政联席会议的决议；

（三）抓好学院教职工队伍的建设，主持对学院教职工的考核工作；

（四）领导学院的教学、科研、学科建设、专业建设、实验室建设和社会服务等工作；

（五）配合学院党委（总支）加强师生思想政治教育和管理；

（六）在任期内完成《院长任期目标责任书》的各项内容；

（七）履行学校赋予的其他职责。副院长协助院长工作。

第四十四条 学院设立中国共产党（总支）委员会，履行以下职责：

（一）贯彻落实党的路线、方针、政策以及学校党委的决议、决定；

（二）领导学院思想政治工作和党建工作，加强学院领导班子的自身建设；

（三）支持本单位行政负责人在其职责范围内独立负责地开展工作；

（四）参与讨论决定学院行政工作中的重要事项；

（五）团结师生员工，领导本部门工会、共青团和学生会等组织；

（六）法律法规、党章和政策规定的其他职责。

第四十五条 学院设立的学术分委员会、学位评定分委员会、教学指导分委员会等机构的职能、分委员会委员的组成等，依学校的有关章程执行。

第四十六条 学院工会在学校工会和学院党委（总支）领导下，保障教职工依法参与学院的民主管理和民主监督，维护教职工的合法权益。

第四十七条 独立建制的校属机构根据有关规定、合同或学校授权进行自主管理，相应地开展教育教学、科学研究和社会服务等活动、承担人才培养任务。

第七节 学校团体组织与其他机构

第四十八条 工会、共青团、学生会、研究生会等团体组织在学校党委领导下按照各自章程在法律、法规和学校规章制度规定的范围内开展活动。学校为其提供必要的条件。

第四十九条 学校根据工作需要，可以设置专门委员会或专项工作领导小组等机构。

第四章 教职员工

第五十条 学校教职员工包括教师、其他专业技术人员、管理人员、工勤人员和劳务派遣人员。

第五十一条 学校对教职员工实行下列任职制度：

（一）教师实行资格认证和职务聘用制度；

（二）其他专业技术人员实行专业技术职务聘用制度；

（三）管理人员实行聘用制度；

（四）工勤人员实行劳动合同制度；

（五）劳动派遣工实行劳务派遣制度。

第五十二条 学校尊重和爱护人才，为教师开展教学和科学研究活动提供必要的工作条件、生活条件、发展机会和制度保障。

学校依法建立权利保护机制，维护教职员工的合法权益。学校依法建立奖惩激励机制，对取得突出成绩或为学校荣誉作出突出贡献的教职员工个人或集体进行表彰奖励；对违纪的教职员工或集体给予相应的纪律处分。

第五十三条 学校依法制定人事管理制度，对教职员工定期进行考核，考核结果作为对各类人员聘用（劳务派遣人员留用）、奖惩、解聘或辞退的依据。

第五十四条 教职员工享有下列权利：

（一）按工作职责和贡献获得相应的劳动报酬的权利；

（二）公平获得自身发展所需的相应机会和条件；

（三）知悉学校改革、建设和发展及关涉其切身利益的重大事项；

（四）参与民主管理与监督，对学校工作提出意见和建议；

（五）就职务、福利待遇、评优评奖、纪律处分等事项提出异议和申诉；

（六）在品德、能力和业绩等方面获得公正评价；

（七）公平获得相应的荣誉称号和奖励；

（八）学校制度规定的或者聘用合同、劳动合同、劳务派遣协议等约定的权利；

（九）宪法、法律法规、政策规定的其他权利。第五十五条 学校教职员工应当履行下列义务：

（一）遵守国家法律法规和职业道德，遵守学校的各项规章制度；

（二）珍惜和维护学校名誉，维护学校利益；

（三）尊重学生人格，关心和爱护学生，制止侵犯学生合法权益或有害于学生健康成长的行为；

（四）熟悉本岗位工作的特点和规律，勤奋工作，尽职尽责，不断提高业务水平和工作效率；

（五）聘用合同、劳动合同、劳务派遣协议约定的义务。

第五十六条 教师应当忠诚教育事业，为人师表，完成教育教学工作任务，不断提高教学水平；

学校其他教育工作者应当树立为教学和科研服务的意识，提高管理和服务水平，廉洁自律，克己奉公，虚心接受师生的监督。

第五章 学生

第五十七条 学生是指被学校依法录取，具有学籍的受教育者。第五十八条 学生在校期间享有下列基本权利：

（一）公平接受学校教育，平等利用学校提供的公共教育资源和服务；

（二）参加学生社团、社会服务和勤工助学；

（三）按照国家和学校的规定获得奖学金、助学金及助学贷款；

（四）在思想品德、学业成绩等方面获得公正评价，完成学校规定学业后获得相应的学历证书、学位证书；

（五）公平获得相应的荣誉称号和奖励；

（六）对学校的教学活动与管理、后勤服务、校园安全等工作以正当方式提出批评或建议；

（七）对学校给予的处分享有知情权、异议权和申诉权；

（八）法律法规、行政规章和学校规章制度所规定的其他权利。第五十九条 学生履行下列义务：

（一）遵守学校学籍、考试等管理制度和学生行为规范，加强思想品德的修养和自律；

（二）努力学习，完成学校规定的学业；

（三）按规定缴纳学费及有关费用；

（四）珍惜和维护学校名誉，维护学校利益；

（五）法律法规、行政规章、学校规章制度所规定的其他义务。

第六十条 学校关心和爱护学生，依法建立学生权利保护机制，预防和处理学生伤害事故，维护学生合法权益。学校引导学生养成珍爱生命、尊重权利、诚实守信、保护环境、热心公益的良好品格。学校关怀在学习生活中遇到特殊困难的学生，为其健康成长提供必要的帮助。

第六十一条 学校为修完教育教学计划规定内容，达到毕业要求的学生颁发 8

毕业证书；对符合学位授予条件的，授予学位。

第六十二条 学校建立奖惩制度，对取得突出成绩或为学校荣誉作出突出贡献的学生集体或个人进行表彰奖励；对违纪学生按照有关规定给予相应的纪律处分。

第六章 校友和校友会

第六十三条 校友是指按照《广州大学校友会章程》具有校友会会员资格的个人和团体。学校创造条件，鼓励校友参与学校建设与发展。对学校建设与发展作出贡献的校友，学校授予荣誉称号，设?纪念。校友应当珍惜和维护学校的声誉。

第六十四条 学校设立广州大学校友会。学校支持校友成立具有届别、行业、地域特点的校友组织。校友会或校友组织依据有关法律法规及其章程的规定开展活动。

第六十五条 学校通过校友会及其他多种形式联系和服务校友，凝聚校友力量。

第七章 学校经费、资产、财务制度、后勤

第六十六条 学校经费的来源主要包括举办者财政拔款、事业收入、附属单位上缴收入和其他收入。学校积极拓展办学经费来源渠道，筹措事业发展资金；鼓励和支持校内各单位面向社会筹措教学、科研经费和各类奖助学基金。

学校可以建立教育基金会，发挥其在吸引社会捐赠、募集资金等方面的积极作用，增加办学资源。

第 九 章 附则
