我们在看到网上购物优点的同时更要认清它在现阶段存在的问题，以便尽早地找到解决方案以促进网上购物的良性发展。可以说，现阶段我国消费者对网上购物状况的评价是“痛并快乐着”，而这其中痛的指数要高于快乐指数。

第一、交易对象认定的模糊性。明确交易对象对于消费者来说是非常重要的事情，这关系到法律责任的承担问题。在传统购物环境下交易对象非常明确，商店里挂的营业执照就表明了经营者的身份。一旦出了问题可以直接到原购物地点追讨责任。但是在网络环境下，消费者只有通过经营者网站中提供的信息了解对方，但是至于信息是否真实、对方到底是谁根本不清楚。

从社会的角度出发，建立健全的网络反腐机制，发挥网络反腐的积极作用是促进社会廉洁的重要举措。我方并不否认网络反腐具有其的弊端。网络是一把双刃剑，用网络这样的方式来进行反腐工作注定了其的两面性，但是只要加以正确的引导与规范，那么其弊端就能最小化。更好的发挥其在反腐工作中的积极作用，以促进社会廉洁，从而保证了政治的稳定。
