有压力是坏事吗
“I can't stand the pressure and competition,” explained one friend of mine when asked why he decided to quit his highly-paid but demanding position in his company recently. My friend may have his own reasons, but I don't think his decision is wise in reality. It's true that my friend's case is not unique. In the last few years quite a number of men and women have chosen to do something less competitive at the cost of a comfortable, easy life a highly-paid job can obtain. They are afraid that the stresses and strains of work will rob them of joy and happiness and do them harm both physically and mentally.
In fact,however,stress isn't the bad thing it is often supposed to be. Unless it gets out of control, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and challenge,and to give purpose and significance to an otherwise meaningless, idle life. People under stress tend to express their full range of potential and to actualize their own personal worth——the very aim of a human life.
Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. What we can do is to develop our adaptive abilities to deal with it rather than to escape from it.

自“郑州空姐事件”后,顺风车终于于近日“重新上线”。据媒体报道,整改后的“滴滴顺风车”并没有受到市场的待见。有乘客表示“顺风车重新上线第一天,等了半个小时接单的却是一辆‘货拉拉’的货车,司机载着我和另外一单(一盒樱桃)!”
事实正如俗语所言:“信任就像一面镜子,一旦它破碎了,就无法修复了。”管理上的不善,必然得承受消费者的质疑,顺风车受冷落是必然的。然而,这样的过程也未必是坏事。对行业发展来说,也许“返璞归真”反而能“稳步前行”。
无论是“网约车”还是“顺风车”,基于都是早期的“共享出行”概念。可惜,顺风车业务的发展,并未像许多人所预计的那样,通过提高闲置资源的利用率,为乘客带来优质的服务。低门槛的准入机制,不严格的双向评价体系,让不少顺风车司机开始觊觎背后的“特殊的利益”。
用豪车注册“顺风车”,为的是“找妹子”;叫工作车注册顺风车,为的是“赚外快”;用网约车注册“顺风车”,为的是“抢生意”。不良注册行为的涌入,让顺风车在逆风中曲折前行。最后出现“天人共愤”的犯罪现象,也是恶意积蓄的结果。
其实回头看,在出事之前,顺风车用户在滴滴用户中,也只占14%。如今回归到不信任的状态,行业热度得到冷却,那些抱有幻想的投机司机也会在道德的审视和制度的审查中被淘汰出去,建立严苛认证机制也没有了反对的声音,这对顺风车发展来说,应是好事。
当然,顺风车业务的发展不能建立在一个又一个悲剧之上,强化认证机制,身份验真漏洞仅仅是最初的手段。实行视频监管、录音取证、GPS监控,并让乘客有更多的评价机会,减少不安全因素的出现。同时,转变思路,积极吸收能长期服务的安全可靠的司机,并加强行为约束和教育,用优质的服务转变消费者的印象。
进一步来说,除了在服务利益上给予支持,是否应该在道德层面加强辅助性的鼓励?顺风车业务的本质还是“顺路捎带需要出行的人”,提供服务与谋取收益也是不同的。所以,对长期从事顺风车服务,主动帮助需要出行乘客的司机,给予更多的道德奖励,让参与顺风车业务的好司机感受到帮助他人的好评,在口碑与车费间寻找到平衡点,这也是有必要的。
近日,有关滴滴司机骚扰乘客的新闻屡有出现。手机约车的基本前提是平台与消费者之间的信任关系,若安全问题得不到遏制,基本信任得不到稳固,也很难打破目前这种僵局。
