按照期初制定的计划，本年级备课组每教学完一个单元进行一次质量反馈，这成了我们教研活动雷打不动的常规。由于本组成员都抓得较实，所以课外有许多试题的编写任务就落到了每一位任课老师的肩上。所幸的是每位老师都能积极地承担任务，不折不扣地完成试题的设计工作，使质量反馈工作有条不紊地及时展开。本组各任课老师研讨热烈，尤其是同段的英语教师，各个教师教学认真，治学严谨，积极补差，所以13位任课教师的所任班级平均分都能控制在几分内。

五、随堂课的研讨简单有效

课前课后的讨论无所保留，课堂教学更是完全开放，组内老师间都能主动地去听随堂课。我们组的老师能经常跨年级听课，并且都能以一丝不苟的态度投入到自己的课堂教学中去。在随堂听课活动中，我们总能听到其它老师的教学特色和教学创新。古语有云，“三人行，必有我师”，而我觉得，“听他人课，必有所得”。

六、课外英语活动生动有趣

英语读、背、写和英语讲座等活动，在获得知识的同时又提高了学生学习英语的兴趣。让每一位同学都能参与到学英语当中来，体验成功学习英语的快乐。

七、课外辅导已成时尚

每个班都有相对英语学习较后进的同学，各任课教师能做到不轻易放弃，都能及时地给予他们课外辅导，在大家的共同的努力下，各班的落后面都有不同程度的缩小，为我们提高平均分和及格率奠定了基础。

八、竞赛前集中辅导、个别指导效果明显

在本学期的全国中学生英语能力竞赛中，我校初二年级通过初赛有16人以高分取得资格代表年级参加最后的决赛；在刚刚结束的片区全能竞赛中，我校初二的英语总积分率位居全片区第一，更值得我们一提的是，一等奖人占了2/3。

九、听说课基本模式已略见雏形

在新课标理念的引领下，我校初二级英语正在摸索具有本校特色的听说课基本模式。在廖春玲老师的示范课当中，我们全组成员再三观看课堂录像，从中诊断课堂，发现有特色、有价值的东西，从而形成一种固定的模式。

回首这一学期的工作留下一串足迹，忙碌中也留下反思，有得有失，需要改进的方面是：

1、补差工作的全面开展还有待进行；

2、设计有效练习还做得不够。

希望在后期工作中能扬长避短，一如既往，把工作搞得更好。
